
Sanming University has officially launched registration for its 2025 Shaxian Snacks Comprehensive Quality Training Summer Camp, offering a unique opportunity for food enthusiasts worldwide to immerse themselves in the rich culinary heritage of Chinese cuisine.
Organised jointly by the School of Overseas Education (School of Foreign Languages) at Sanming University and the Sanming Shaxian District Snack Industry Development Management Committee, the camp will take place from July 28 to August 2, 2025, at the Shaxian Snacks Training Centre in Fujian Province. Prospective participants are encouraged to submit their applications by July 15, 2025.
The camp aims to use snacks as a medium to connect and interact with food lovers at home and abroad, and use the "visit + training" method to invite international teachers, students and young professionals to immerse themselves in the learning of Shaxian snack culture, a part of Chinese food culture, and improve their comprehensive personal quality.
This immersive program combines hands-on training with cultural exploration, allowing attendees to Learn essential skills in business management, brand operation, and food safety; Master the art of preparing authentic Shaxian snacks; Gain expertise in ingredient selection and quality control; Participate in fire safety workshops; and Explore Sanming’s cultural and historical landmarks.
